Programs#
Applies to: SP-MIS
This guide is for users who manage social protection programs, including enrollment, eligibility, and program cycles.
Overview#
Programs in OpenSPP represent your social protection interventions. Each program defines who is eligible, what benefits they receive, and how those benefits are distributed over time through cycles.
A typical program workflow follows these steps:
Create a program with eligibility rules
Import registrants who may qualify
Verify eligibility and enroll beneficiaries
Create cycles for each distribution period
Generate entitlements for enrolled beneficiaries
Approve and distribute benefits
