Import matching#

This guide is for implementers configuring deduplication rules that prevent duplicate records during bulk data imports.

Prerequisites#

Important

The spp_import_match module must be installed. See Module installation for module installation instructions.

Quick start#

From the main menu, click Registry, then click Configuration and scroll down to Import Match
Create a Matching Rule for the target model (e.g., Contacts)
Select the Fields to match on (e.g., national ID, phone number)
Set Overwrite behavior for matched records
