Session tracking

This guide is for implementers configuring session types, attendance tracking, and compliance requirements for training programs and support groups.

Prerequisites

Important

The spp_session_tracking module must be installed. See Module installation for module installation instructions.

Quick start

1. From Session Tracking, navigate to Configuration → Session Types

2. Create Session Types with frequency and duration (e.g., "Monthly Training", "Bi-weekly Group Meeting")

3. Optionally define Topics for each session type

4. Set Attendance Thresholds for compliance tracking

5. Create Sessions and record attendance
