Grievance management is an important aspect of social protection programs, as it provides a mechanism for beneficiaries to report and resolve complaints or issues related to program implementation. In OpenSPP, we have developed a built-in grievance management system to help program administrators effectively manage and resolve grievances in a timely and efficient manner.
